workplace safety

Workplace Safety is important.

  • For builders its means lower risk on sites
  • For clients it means a faster job without the disruption of incidents or accidents
  • For architects and project managers it means delivering a professional job.

de Bruin-Judge Furniture Ltd is a leader in workplace safety. DBJ is a two time winner of the ACC ThinkSafe Awards for Excellence in Health & Safety in the Westpac Business Excellence Awards in 2003 and again in 2005. Robyn de Bruin-Judge served on the judging panel of these awards from 2006-2011.

In addition to this DBJ has been tertiary accredited under the ACC Workplace Safety Management Practises Scheme since 2005. This requires company health and safety processes to be independently audited every two years and for the company to have mechanisms in place for continual improvement.
