Key Differences with DBJ Projects:
.Screw glue and rebate all cabinets, instead of butt joins with L bracket.
.High quality HMR E0 board on all substrate both faces and carcase – this MDF is the highest grade, density and environmentally friendly with low formaldehyde and is also rated as moisture resistant.
.Solid timber to all areas touching the floor in wet areas and around recessed handle details for longevity.
.Ensuite floating vanities are on hanging cleats or steel pins bolted onto framing instead of simply screwed directly through the cabinet.
.Ensuite mirror cabinets have routed out tile finishing detail for quality join/detail between tile and mirror cabinet.
.Full working drawings and sign offs.
.Multiple site visits and interaction with design team, client and main contractor.
